Reassess your calorie needs since you have lost a fair amount of weight. Then address your food portions and activity level. Mainly, just keep going— assess your WOE to determine if it is still working for you.

You can eat the same amount in calories, but sometimes tweak it a bit

Congratulations on your weight loss to become a healthier you. Have you tried IF (Intermittent Fasting)? You squeeze your eating into a 8, 4, or 2 hour window and fast in between. Same calotic intake, but fewer insulin spikes. Snacking is a diet killer. I know, I put on just over 20 snacking on healthy nuts. I have just l have just lost almost 8 lbs in two weeks with the Egg Fast Diet (5 days) and Carivore. Good luck on reaching your goal weight.

Be very proud of yourself! You lost a water cooler water bottle at 43 lbs.
I would love to see succesful meal plans that are working. I'm having trouble with hypothyroidism in menopause finding a good balance of low sodium non processed proteins. I need help to get out of 200 pounds. Feel free to tag me in screenshots of daily menu.

losing 55 lbs is HUGE!!! I've never lost that much. The most I've lost is 35! I don't have any advice, but you're doing great and plateaus happen right before big changes
