The last 3 days have been extremely hard. I just really love food. 80% of the time I make healthy food choices, but the other 20% of the time I want to eat and drink crap. and lots of it 🤦🏽‍♀️ However, after everyone's support on here, I feel motivated and I think I'm on the right track again 🤞I hope everyone is getting closer to their goals and most of all...enjoying life 💕

For me, Logging everything honestly that I ate or drank and having a calorie deficit at the end of each day worked. I don't know what your calories in calories out are. I started my journey at 155 lbs and immediately stayed within my 1200 goal limit per day. I would think if you keep yours around 1500 per day your weight would drop consistently. Good choices and trust the process! You can do it.

I found lower calorie versions of my favorite foods, and also learned to portion control. Perhaps that might work for you, too.

Eating chips for dinner as we speak. If I’m craving something it’s the first thing I log and work my calories around that item
