Back from the long weekend. Very busy. We were helping out on the farm with the field work. My son gets to ride in the tractor with my dad. I get to do the chores, cut the lawn and pick rocks. We did have some fun Sunday afternoon by going over to my sister's place for a bbq. First we went and saw her horse and went for a short ride and then we came back and snacked on an appetizer and then the bbq food plus an ice cream cake. That was the only day this weekend that I went overboard on the eating.
Today, back at work, back to eating what I've packed for lunch and a run at lunch time.

I agree. That's the way to do it. On a special day enjoy special foods but stay active. Now you are back to your plan, so it's a win win situation!
