Haha, still too small to be flexing in public. Maybe when they hit the 17" mark. I'm 6ft so it will take at least that to look impressive. This is clearly the case since I only get compliments on my damn calves. 😆

I feel you.. my nutritionist measures my back ceps at resting, not flexed. Think I'm going to ask her to do it both ways next time.

@Diana, you should have them measured both ways. Most of the women I see have short biceps (mine is on the shorter side as well). Long biceps look good relaxed. They start at the most distal part of the humerus and pop out of t-shirts. However, they don't ball up as much to make a high peak. Therefore, the measurement doesn't change as much when flexed.
