Drinking my morning coffee without stevia since they now say it causes heart issues. Frothed milk seems to give it a slight sweetness. How do y’all sweeten your coffees/teas?

Honestly I started out diluting coffee a little bit - but always drinking it black - and then transitioning to the point where I didn't have to dilute it anymore and I could appreciate the flavor. It took some time to like the bitterness and the acidity but once I got it right (and once I started trying coffee from other places - using capsules) I couldn't turn back. It's a process, not an end

Maybe one day I will try drinking coffee black again, but it seems to stain my dental bridge. I drink coffee with a little bit of milk, but sometimes I use cream instead. I have gotten used to not using sugar. I do the same with black tea.

I neve did like any of the sugar substitutes. If I couldn't have sugar, I didn't want anything. So, I went with black coffee/tea and real cream. Eventually, I stopped the cream and also enjoy the flavor of the black coffee. Agree that it is a process to the end. Don't get frustrated.

Oh, goodness, I buy my 95 year old mother Stevia!! I put some liquid creamer, French Vanilla.

I never like sweeteners either it's just a lie to your system and you still crave the sweet. flavored creamers for coffee and honey for my tea. moderation is the key

I use 4 oz. of Premier Protein cafe latte and froth it to add to my coffee.

I add a bit of vanilla essence, (BTW I read somewhere that smelling vanilla is a good way to reduce appetite).

it's erythritol, not Stevia. manufacturers use the erythritol as a filler since the actual amount of Stevie in a serving is so tiny. you can find pure Stevia and monk fruit on amazon pretty cheap. just check the ingredient list

I gave up sugar last July. It took maybe a month or so but Once I got through that my tastes changed. I enjoy black coffee now.

I'm pretty sure the study she seen said it thickens and makes your blood more sticky. Nothing to do with lipid profiles being flipped.

I add vanilla protein powder with almond milk and stir it well. Adds a vanilla flavoring while taking away the bitter coffee taste w the almond milk.
