Back under 210 after losing .6 pounds yesterday! I knew it would go down by being consistent. Shooting for the 208's for tomorrow. Wish me luck. I will be going to a wine Festival in San Luis Obispo at month's end so I need to be pretty strict about things for a while.

I WANT TO SHOUT OUT AN ANNOUNCEMENT!!

Please feel free to share some of your tips and successes with either your nutrition plan or workout routine on any of my future journal entries. I think it would help me and others who view this as well.

Many of my FS buddies send me personal messages and share details or just chat about many things so thanks peeps, keep it up.

San Luis Obispo is so pretty and SO expensive. I am going to Monterey for work in July and can't wait. I love the Bay area.

Love Monterey as well. Big Sur is amazing. Festival will be fun and nice and warm.
