Well it’s all gone to pot! Lost 25kgs then got effing breast cancer last April 😞 comfort eating began. Got rid of cancer through surgery and radiotherapy and am now cancer free 😁 I’m so very lucky I know but my weight has soared, I can’t fit into any clothes (as I had thrown away all the fat clothes). I’ve not weighed myself, I dare not 😔 its most probably more than when I started last time. I am now on day 3 of getting back on track. Also life is crap at the moment (again) due to worry of us trying to find a new location for our home and business, our landlord has been miserable with us so we gave in our 6 month notice and are already 2 months into it. Whilst hubby is trying to deal with this I’m back to working 7 day weeks, exhausting (even more so being far again)

As a fellow cancer survivor I would like you to work on your mindset first. We have been through enough, we don't need extra stress.. Do what you can but always remember: 1: Nothing is important enough to stress you out and affect your health. 2: Things in life always work itself out, one way or the other (with or without you stressing) ❤️ with stress hormon under control weight loss is easier too 😉 good luck and keep us posted! 😊

With the amount uv been through and made it to the other side, I'm sure u can get ba k on top of ur weight, good luck and ur amazing xx

Despite all else you are cancer free all else dims in the background you are healthy weight can be lost a new home found but being cancer free is the greatest gift of all … So rejoice ….. you are free of worry anxiety and not knowing what to expect or waiting for you round the corner I say this because I lived in fear of Cancer for three years on my own with zero support ….( pre cancer cells) stay positive my darling it will pass ❤️💖❤️

CONGRATULATIONS 🎊 ❤️ woohoo cancer free!! Brilliant result....if you can go through all that with your husband at your side...you are a much stronger couple than you think and although it might be a shit day today, you reset, you refresh, and you get up with zest tmro, I'm one of the spooky ones on here and I have a sneaky feeling that something u looked that, that was already taken,,is going to fall through and u will get it...keep us posted and keep ur chin up...we r all here rooting for uz x
