ive never felt so emotional on a shark week.... hoping to nit stress/emotional eat today.  

I hope you have a good week. I had the hungrys yesterday, so I made a big pot of vegetable soup. That always helps me stay within my RDI.

AND ITS A FULL MOON 🌝 

I am struggling with weight. Retired recently. 

I'm hoping to stay busy cleaning and doing some organizing. bought some cupcakes to bake with the kids. we should be allowed to remove our reproductive parts for free when we are done having kids 🙃 right?!

kaylinrenee- no kidding 😂. We are crazy enough to want a third when my health improves. I told my husband "why dont you carry and build the next baby for 9 months??"  

OMG hahaha well good luck! honestly i loved being pregnant. even though i had a ton of problems with my youngest, had to have her 4 weeks early 🙃 I'm definitely done. im 29 but even if i do marriage again, its not happening. 🤣 

Is that from one day? If so, I'm in the same boat. But it's a new day and a new chance. We've got this! 

bloat from 1 day? yes. I'm always bloated day 1 of shark week.  

Sorry Kaylinrenee, I guess I'm not catching the reference to shark week. I was thinking discovery channel. Lol. But if I'm understanding you right, you mean Auntie Flo has paid a visit, or is about to. In that case, yeah. It's just water weight. And I hope you feel better soon. 

kaylinrenee- i feel you. Same, with youngest. Loved being pregnant yet hypertension and gestational diabetes was a problem. Baby had surgery 2weeks after being born... It was a crazy wild time. Now hes half the size of his skinny 9yr old brother at 3 yrs! Keep working on you and maintaining a helathy environment for your kids! Maybe down the road you will find someone who matches your ideals!! I thought after an abusive relationship i would never find someone again and my current husband surprised the hell outta me with a healthy way of life that i didnt know was possible!
