Barely. And I lost some quad veins this week. I guess that 1.1lbs wasn't muscle. Sad.

Lol that’s still lookin lean. You can shoot to 195-200 with that much bodyfat. My autocorrect keeps correct my “and” to “abs” reminding me that it’s gone 😅 it does it everytime

I'm just feeling like I'm stalled. I'm not really getting stronger and feel like I only gained fat this month. Sucks because I have been going hard 5 days a week.

Yea raising your weight without correlating your workout with it is not good. I know I felt that way when I got up to 186. My Rice Krispies and Gatorade stopped giving me the boost. And my workouts started to stall and even suffer. I dropped 5lbs in a week lol and my preworkout snacks worked their magic again. Maybe I was getting insulin resistance. But that shouldnt be your problem. You’re still pretty lean. Motivation? Are you going into your workouts sore still? Maybe add some rest days between n see.

Nope, not sore after a day (two days on legs still). I might be overdoing it. IDK. My biggest gain was 11lbs in December when I ate whatever and only worked out 3-4 days the last week. That's probably just because my body was so happy to get out of a deficit. Maybe it's just because I need more time. I've only been at it for 5 weeks. September-November was low intensity weights 2 days a week, nothing much.

So yeah, if you're that lean at that weight I take back what I said about a dirty bulk lol. You're most likely near your genetic limit. I don't think that I am gaining anymore muscle at this point either. I plan to get leaner and maintain(maaaybe, haha). I may be able to fill out the legs a bit more, but I think I am maxed out upper body wise.
