Good time with the grandkids last night and today. They were very good, and I think they had fun. Usually, when they are here (particularly when it's both of them), there is a lot of bickering and noise. This time seemed calmer. I didn't get stressed out - which enabled me to not increase my Diet Coke or eat anything off plan.

MiraLAX users: Do you drink this every morning, or just when you are irregular? It says it can take 1-3 days to work. Today was my second day with that, and about a week of taking stool softeners. Trying to get back in my rhythm. So far, neither has done anything for me.
