Happy Weekend Buddies:

I noticed I am eating around 30 TOTAL carbs per day...and occasionally a bit more...and have a few higher calorie days...and losing consistently on the Idiot Box...hmmm...correlation or not?

I am also exercising well four days per week, drinking tons of water and green tea. More carbs consisting of veggies and a little fruit means more fiber...correlation or not?

Hmmmmmm.............what do you think?

I think it's obvious there IS a correlation. Just my opinion, but I think the results are speaking for themselves - good for you!!!

That is great HCB. I definitely see a correlation between low carb and ultra low carb vs. weight loss in what I am doing. I had a very low net carb count yesterday (>5) and my loss was 1.5 lbs yesterday and I ate 1900 calories. I was surprised a bit because my calorie count was pretty high. I have been eating primarily non processed foods, leafy green carbs, drinking water, no big exercising only walking. I am findng the lower I go with carbs the more i loose.
