@MaryannTa, I’m posting it for my own reference to fall back on, wasn’t expecting anyone to really look at it. I can post a recipe with it if someone wanted it and had asked nicely, like @PandaBearr777 did. 🙂 I will post another comment with it  

Recipe: this is my mix on it, not authentic!!!! 1/2 cup leftover white rice Seasonings - mine were chicken bouillon, tomato bouillon, everything but the bagel seasoning, and pepper. (Added to your liking) 1/2 cup veggies of choice. Mine were pepper and onion blend (frozen) and spinach (frozen) Heat up your pan, then add oil to coat the bottom of it and let that heat up. Add your rice and stirring constantly until coated, add in your seasonings and heat through. Once combined entirely, add in frozen spinach until heated through, then add in your pepper mix. I added separately to ensure my rice would not get soggy. It is not authentic at all, however for me, it as just as good as takeout. I’ll add any meat at the end to ensure it’s not over cooked as I will use leftover pork chop/crab/shrimp/fish/etc. if i wanted it at that time.
