Buenita - thanks! It is a lot of work tracking everything but I love this pork chop and rice casserole that I make because I built it in the recipe app and then it is easy to add to my tracking!

OTB - what I like about the pork chops is that it had less fat so it is nice for my macros if I am in the peanut butter too much. I have not become disciplined like OTC has!

Chops - good price and protein. I think I'll get some, and them being easy to freeze individually will help me since I like them broiled.

Sharon they are good broiled. I have my hubby cook up quite a few on the grill in the summer.
