Y’all! October on the left…Today on right trying on a dress I bought for a cruise in a few weeks! Not only does it fit but I feel like a million bucks. If I can do it so can you!! It was worth the hard work 💪 not gonna lie I cried like a baby 💕

I was eating a lot of sugar! I did intermittent fasting and gave up processed carbs and sugar. I think quitting smoking years ago was easier. Ooffff. Still eating fruit and veggies and a keto ice cream bar at night and some chocolate bc I couldn’t give it up completely!!

And thank you 💕 I also do 30-40 minutes of either weights or my peloton a day and have been consistent with that. I think diet is more important but exercise also really helped me
