I completely understand. My father passed away a little over 3 years ago. My diet, health style, and mindset changed for a very long time. I finally went to see a therapist this past year, and it helped me so much. I continue to see her because I still have days that I struggle coping. I love that great picture of you and your dad. 

i know this feeling all too well. I was in this boat 8 years ago and it took up until a few years ago to be able to finally stay on the fit path 

So very sorry for your loss. I am a daddy’s girl myself. Our dads are our hero’s, our protectors, our world. You dad is still in your heart. Sending hugs 🤗 

What a beautiful picture! Losing a beloved parent is like losing a piece of yourself. But what I have finally learned is that they are never really gone, they live on in us. May you find peace in the knowledge that love never dies.

The loss of a parent is heartbreaking...even 3 years later. comfort in your memories.

I lost my dad a couple of years ago. When we lose someone so close to us it hurts so much. The grief comes in waves and you never know if the wave is going to be small or over your head.
