I truly find that exercise gives me energy. Couple it with clean eating (whole foods, not processed) and you might feel better. Oatmeal with berries, salad with lean protein, lots of water, hard exercise. When I follow this, I feel my best.

Look for foods high in iron. If you aren't getting enough, it could leave you tired. You may want to have your doctor do a blood test. Iron deficiency, also uncontrolled glucose levels, will leave you tired. I agree with MichelleDN57. Excellent recommendations.

Too many starches and sugars can induce fatigue, too. Especially highly processed ones - like in bagels, cookies, cakes chocolates, and the like. I do better and feel better when my plate is at least half veggies and salads. Rule of thumb (as per my LPN daughter): sugars minus fibre should be less than 50 (for a healthy non-diabetic adult) for optimal health and nutrition. I’m not a sugar user so this isn’t a problem for me personally, but can be a challenge for those with a sweet tooth.

How well do you sleep is another thing to consider

if you live in a place that gets little sunlight in the winter months try using vitamin D supplements. You might also want to do a sleep clinic. I recently found out I have fairly severe sleep apnea. I figured I was just fatigued all the time, turns out I haven't had a full night's sleep in about 20 years. 😅 The lack of rest and oxygen really saps all of your energy, all of the time.

How old are you? Your hormone levels may be off. I started taking supplements and adding foods (soy milk, flax seed, red clover tea, edamame beans) to increase my estrogen levels. That helped a lot.

Check these 3 things, 1. If you are overweight, and snore during sleep, check to see if you have “Sleep Apnea”
2. Check if you are consuming enough B vitamins in your diet (B12 etc)
3. If you are not going out much, get Vitamin D supplements along with K2
Above will certainly help you! Good luck

I find the more you move or do you exercise in the more energy you have. So find a way to do at least 10 minutes to start whether it is yoga or walking or swimming. But if I don’t do anything physical, I will have no energy and matter what I eat and how much I sleep.

I’m agree exercise give more energy. But I couldn’t push myself to do anything. So I paid for a private trainer and she makes me do that 😁

a lot of wonderful ideas here but to be certain of your actual body levels you can easily go grab a physical from your doctor. They can run a blood panel on your nutrient levels for you and can accurately pinpoint any specific issues you could be having .
