Full transparency the only fish I eat frozen are these tuna steaks from Aldi 🥹

I’m terrible at freezing anything without getting freezer burn on it. So I don’t freeze. I buy frozen veggies but only small bags so I cook (and eat) the entire thing lol.

This was a Birds Eye brand frozen bag and it was tasty. A lil high on the sodium but good on my calories. I enjoy most frozen kinds though some of the rest seasoned ones aren’t the healthiest from sodium content. Home made is better…
