Taking a few moments out this morning to say prayers for all the people in Faredale Illinois, the tornado that went through there was huge.
I will praying for all who must go through this challenge of picking of pieces and starting over, and may all their love ones be found and are safe.
Im concern over my buddy Veggie Junkie she also she lives in tornado alley.. so veggie give me a PM when you can so I know you are alright.
We are fortunate the storms are gone through here and its going to be a sunny day, Ive been singing all morning long... Good day sunshine...
I hope everyone has a great day and a wonderful weekend.. tomorrow I must return to work two 12s back to back but I will still do my exercise when I return.. like it or not. :)
