Today was a SHITTY day! i kinda omitted breakfast because i knew i would have a cheat meal out in a restaurant -which i did- and got about 700 kcal only from lunch... and then at night i was invited to a house and they had pizza delivered... FOUR slices. I am disgusted by myself. What do i do?

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start again tomorrow. This is a journey, not a quick fix. One day won't derail you. We've all been there. Next time eat the toppings without the crust.

LOL--you sound like me. I didn't eat bf or lunch. I went to a nice restaurant and ate sensibly--salad and salmon, with a few veggies (very small portions). I had a lot of wine, a margarita and just now--ate 2 deviled eggs (taste testing for tomorrow). I've been doing so good until now. Will try to exercise more tomorrow.

It happens to everyone. It takes time to learn new habits. You planned for your lunch so that is a good thing. Next time, plan in your mind what you will do when you go to someone's house. Weight loss is hard. Go on amazon and look at reviews or a book called "Becks Diet Solution". They give you strategies to help change your mind set about food. Just move on and keep going.
