DaddyManatee,. Fritzy22. This is cooked in 3 different Skillets or Pans and combined at the end. Skillet #1:. Melt some fat and add a large cut up Onion and sprinkle with Montreal Steak Seasoning and onion powder (yes I am serious) stir a bit and add any bell peppers (any - red, green, orange,.yellow). Cook stirring occasionally until they are to your liking. You really don't want much juice left in them. Set aside.
Skillet #2 - Cut up your squash, place in the skillet, drizzle with olive oil, use your hands and toss until the squash is coated. Sprinkle a lot of onion powder and a little salt. Toss again. Cook medium to medium high till juices are starting to cook away. If there is a lot of juices, drain some out. Add sweetener (2 Splenda's or 1.tbsp sugar). Stir and set aside. Skillet #3:. Spray with Pam or lightly grease. Add sliced mushrooms (button or portabella) sprinkle with Lawry's Season All cook on Medium high to high stirring often (you are trying to remove some juices while flavoring the mushrooms) - when the skillet is pretty dry add some Worcestershire Sauce (just sprinkle some and stir).
Now you are ready to mix everything together over medium heat and stir just until mixed together while reheating anything that's cooled a bit. Maybe a couple minutes. Done! Hope you like it, It is worth the effort to make it.

Oops,. When the Mushrooms are close to being done, add the snow peas. OR these could be stirred in at the end because they cook so fast.
