It's shred-cember (that sounds terrible lol) and I started a new routine. Didn't gain over Thanksgiving which was awesome. I've been at this weight for about a year. That means if I can drop 6 lbs I'll be at my goal. 8 would be better to leave me some wiggle room. Love you all my FS Warriors! 🎯💪🔥🎇

Well as you saw, I’m researching a bulk. Want to eat Christmas cookies so I thought, best time to consider one. 😝😝 Dilly me. I always eat cookies if I want too. But I’m seriously considering a bulk. Any tips?

Well I am super sore this morning so I clearly had let myself plateau, feeling good. I have no idea about bulking wifey I'm of German decent so it comes a bit too natural for me 🤣🤣

Wifey and JC .I'm German and I certainly don't have any of it figured out! 🤪🤣❤️ German food is so heavy but so yummy. Especially at holidays!!💜💜

JC... hey didn't want to blow up his comments. So I'm here🙂BUT yes the mind is crazy sometimes right? Some days I'm in the gym looking at myself like damn I look good😭🤣🤣Then the next day I'm looking at myself like why haven't you gotten farther? It's really the gift and curse 🥴it keeps us from becoming complacent. But it's also a mind fuc* because of the back & forth.
