sorry I haven't been counting calories 😔 my husband sick I can't think or do anything; I'll try and get back as soon as the nurse comes back to visit him tomorrow 😔🙏💜

Hope the nurse visit goes well and that your husband will be on the mend soon. You'll get back to your calorie counting when it can be a priority again. Sometimes, there are just other things that take precedence.
