I can't believe how much I ate yesterday, in terms of calories. I just totally blew my weekend, which had been relatively good up until that point. In fact my calorie deficit was the lowest it's been up to this point, at only 69 calories down between exercise and food. The worst part is, most of it was just boredom or emotional eating and lots of it was late at night after my evening job - toaster oven pizza and chips and beer - what?!?! What was I thinking?! Maybe I'll take the rest of the chips to work today. Of course, then I think, I'm broke and I paid for them - how can I just give them away - but somehow I feel like getting them out of the house is more important this time... and just chocking it up to having made a poor choice, and I'll pretend I dropped the $2.78 on the street somewhere. They really didn't taste that good anyway. New flavor of "Zesty Ranch" kettle cooked chips, and they didn't taste "ranchy" to me at all... ok then, that's resolved... lol Thanks for listening. :)

We all fall off the wagon sometimes, it is just a matter of getting back on it! You can do it, your doing great at losing the weight. Lets get back on that wagon together!!!

Hi Molly! I do hope you got those chips out of your house. I do the same when we have leftover candy from Halloween and Christmas. I make my husband take them to work with him! Lol!! At least I'm guessing they get to work....... I hope your job is going well even though I'm sure it's wearing you out. Try finding some quick foods that are good for you. My latest favorite is two egg whites, cilantro, black pepper, chopped spinach or asparagus put all together in one of the 'Corning Ware' grabbit containers and cooked for about 1 to 1 1/2 min in the microwave. Make sure you cover it well. It is like a mini-quiche without the cheese or crust. It is a little bland but I'm working my way back to using spices. The spinach version was really good but next time I'm adding a little nutmeg. I know it isn't easy but the one thing you have to do is not to buy the pizza's and chips in the first place. Take care and remember......YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!

Thanks ladies - to be honest, I have been absolutely terrible lately!! I think I'm just really tired and finding lots and lots of excuses!!! I find comfort in food and I just can't go back to those old ways. I have to find a way to beat the blues when I can't get to the gym or when I just don't want to cook. The chips didn't make it out of the house, by the way, but the next night when I found myself eating them out of the bag I got really mad at myself and flushed the rest down the toilet. That seems to work sometimes. lol... So at least as I'm failing I can keep a good sense of humor about it! :) We'll see what the rest of this week holds...
