Staying on track. Some times I get stressed out with my husband he has Dementia and I loose it and then want to go eat what ever I want. I remember that I have to be strong and if I eat junk I eat a little bit and not all of it. I try to keep my carbs down. Eat more protein. If my junk food is now more meat and egg whites that I keep preparing in advance😊what to thank everyone that keeps focus 🙌🏻

My husband and I cared for his mom who had dementia for a year and a half. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done. I lost it more than once. We are just human and have our limits. Pick yourself up and start over. Give yourself some grace.

Thank you today I’m down 2 lbs and 5” glad that I feel better. Last night my husband made me mad. And I always go to comfort food. I did not do it last night . I had breakfast this morning and now my stomach is letting me know it’s hungry. But I’m not hungry😊😁👏🏼
