It's been a while since I've posted here. Been taking care of some medical maintenance. Overnight sleep study (now awaiting new BiPap machine), eye scans (macular degeneration has progressed), bloodwork (mostly good), Rheumatology visit (switching from Enbrel to Humira). Have a Lexiscan & echo scheduled for next week (following trip to ER for chest pain/SOB). I've gained a couple of pounds but I'm still within my maintenance 'window'. Autumn is my FAV season of the year, but since the change of weather & time change...I just feel lethargic & lazy. Not exercising as much as I'd like or making as good of nutrition choices.

But today I will turn that around! I have every reason to feel blessed & loved! I've been reaching out more to my community (visited the local library & Grange bazaar) and joined a local chat group on Facebook. I've missed the 'social' aspects of life since retirement & moving to the sticks. 😂 You folks here on FS have been my lifeline through the isolation of Covid. Can't thank you ENOUGH!!

So! Onward we go! Hope everyone gets a chance to vote today (I did already). Our country sure is divided these days (more than I ever remember) and it really does come down to just being decent to each other, even when we disagree.
