Hi, everyone! Hope you are well. I can't tell you how many times throughout the years that I told my husband I was starting my diet on Monday. I was constantly starting over. January 2013 I started over and stuck with it. In October 2014 I reached my goal weight, but I still need you all. It is still a daily struggle. Another thing my husband told me, when I woke up on a Monday and ate something bad because I forgot that I was on my diet again: He said, Tuesday is a good day to start something new. :) Wishing you good luck in your health. Awe Deb, I never want to see you give up. I mean loosing 100 lbs, is awesome! I can't hardly lose 10lb's, without freaking out! I don't know how you did it? Yes Tuesday is a good day! :)~Ann

Thank you for sharing.I have done the same countless times.I only became serious when my blood pressure went up to over 210/120 and I was told my heart has expanded due to the pressure.It scared me to realise I could die suddenly from this.

Congrats on reaching your weight loss goal. My husband use to do the same thing last year. He use to make a voice that was suppose to be my diet though. Every time he would see me eating something I shouldn't, he'd come in the room in the diet voice, "Hey girl, I'm gone...I don't know when I'm coming back though." It use to get on my nerves, but I couldn't stay mad because it was so hilarious. Thankfully, I got serious with my weight loss too and now I haven't heard him teasing anymore. Keep up the great motivation you give us and yourself!!
