Hooray!!! 30 pounds lost! 258.6 down to 228.6. Took 18 weeks. If I can keep up that rate of loss, I should be in ONEderland by sometime in March. Wow, that seems so far away! Of course, June 23rd through October 31st seems like a really long time, too, but, by the grace of God, I was able to stay on track that long, PTL!
Plan for this week is to increase calories from 1,350-1,450 daily to 1,550-1,650. Trying to keep my metabolism guessing and on its toes. The extra calories will allow me to complement my filet Mignon today with a half baked potato with cheddar, bacon and homemade buttermilk ranch dressing.
