I feel like a drowned rat! It is raining in Houston and I had no umbrella. I never pack one because they take up too much room and I normally don't mind getting a little wet. But I have to walf from the hotel to work when i am in Houston and today it is raining. The shuttle was going to take at least 7 minutes and the walk is only about 4 blocks outside. So I just hoofed it. I need the exercise as we all know :) Not getting it in the gym for sure LOL. Anyway, I got drenched and am still trying to dry out.

Oh well. I don't really care how I look. Yesterday was long and difficult with work. Today will likely be more of the same. I have a headache that is really bad. It started yesterday but is still here today. Probably the weather. WhaaWhaaaa. Yes I am whining today :)

But the weekend is near and although I have no idea what I will be doing or even where i will be after I check out of the hotel tomorrow, I am looking forward to it.

WOE is fine. I did not eat last night. I had breakfast around 8:30 (cold omlett at my desk) and then was not able to eat again until 3:30. I had a chicken salad which is what I have every day here in Houston. It is mostly fast food that I am able to get and the only thing that i can eat that is not processed is salad. Anyway, I just did not want anything last night so I did not eat. I am aware that this may not be a good thing for weight loss. I am starting to worry that i am not getting the right mix of carbs, protein and fat or the right amount of calories. Guess we will see when I weigh in next month. not really looking forward to that. Really starting to worry., Oh well......

E - Every once in a while I skip a meal too. I figure as long as I don't get so hungry that I order in a pizza, what harm can it do?

Thanks Buffy. I am thinking that the real issue is that I need something to worry/think about. I don't want to work so I need to think about something and am obsessing over my food intake. But i am honestly a little concerned. SOme folks are so strict with their food intake making sure they get the correct number of claories and the correct percentages of fat carb and protein. I can't hekp but wonder if that is partially why I don't lose faster... But, this is a way of life and I have to keep it do-able for myself :)
