Duck Sauce?? I use Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt a lot. Comes in handy!

Condiments are my kriptonite! Totally worth the extra calories.

The sodium content can get ya too, if you're watching that. Although a wee bit of condiment can really add to the meal. As long as you know what you're getting into, is the important thing  

I legit love mustard so I use it over other things. BBQ sauce is what gets me. Lots of sugar oops 

Useful info CrystalJo, thanks. Made my own keto mayo nowdays, using just a tbsp of oil, water and xanthan gum per egg. 21 cals, 1.5g net carbs per tbsp. 

fair warning, I've tried the Walden farms zero calorie and it mostly tastes like glue 

Zero cool I agree the Walden Farm brands are not great!

Have recently discovered the Walden Farms and they are not bad. We've replaced all of our salad dressings and coffee creamer. Have not tried the Syrup. 

That Walden Farm syrup is a game changer for me🔥🔥 

You're welcome Breezy💕 Personally, I use Kraft lite mayo, Walden Farms or Bolthouse dressings, sf syrup, Land O'Lakes light butter, mustard, dill pickles, salsa, dry spices & no salt added broth. Next trip to the store I will add reduced sugar ketchup, Pico de Gallo & plain fat free greek yogurt😊👍 

Redporchlady, I hadn't heard about duck sauce either...🤔 but I'm gonna try the yogurt in some different ways...suggestions?

otb123, haven't seen the skinny girl brand dressings, but will look next time at the store. I don't 'do' hot sauce...too dang 🌋 for me!🤣

WisteriaSky233, I find myself using mustard a lot more than I used to be of the rich flavor it adds. My hubby loves the Staggs brand of BBQ so I'm hoping I can get him to try the reduced sugar Staggs.
