#SquatSaturday - Got hubby to take a picture of me at the Y. I use a safety bar yet and have not graduated to the big people squats! I am in my mid reps right now so I did 105# - 12, 10, 10 for reps. I will say though for me that this is a huge accomplishment because when I started 3 years ago I thought squatting to a bench with body weight was hard! Plus my trainer really had to work with me to make sure I forced my knees out.

HCB - thanks! The trainer worked with me a lot on form because I would not force my legs out and I had to squat to a bench with pads in it in the beginning.

Navywife- thanks I remember when I started and just using body weight I was going to die! And I look at all the powerful lifters out here and I am so impressed!

Chrisinroch- thanks, I really try to have the correct form. The trainer I have has been doing this for 16+ years and he says he films himself and is always critiquing his form.
