G'Mornin 🌞 I realized today, that I've been in 'maintenance' for 5 months now!😲 Do I still need to count calories, keep moving, keep drinking enough water, striving for 7-8 hrs sleep per night? Yup! Do I still come here to FS for inspiration and tracking every single day? Definitely! This app is just as useful/helpful to me for maintaining as it was for losing weight! Thanks again, my FS friends🤗💙🙏

Great work. Maintenance is very hard and we need all the inspiration we can get. The motivation to lose weight is no longer there and discipline has to kick in. There are so many days I weigh my food and count my macros and want more but the discipline kicks in. The struggle is real!! Thanks for sharing your journey and it helps me to stay on mine!❤️❤️❤️

I have pushed that car uphill hundreds of times in my life. Maintenance is harder that the original diet. Congratulations on 5 months.
