The photo I shared today is my before photo. My reason! I feel like I ruined a picture of me and my son. I weighed 255 lbs and earlier in the year I was up to 265 lbs. I recorded a normal day of eating for all three meals in my journal for today. It was over 4000 calories.
I really don’t ever ever want to go back there again.

I am willing to bet your son doesn't think you ruined the picture. You are perfect as is because what you don't like, you can change. But know this, Beautiful Soul, you are not your body. Your body is a tool that you have. A magnificent tool, but just a tool. You can not BE something you HAVE. They must be separate... you are something so much more than a great machine which is essentially what the body is. ❤

Livin, you are so kind. You make me want to visit MA. ❤️‍🔥 And that is saying something because (as you know) my attention has slowly started to shift from living in the northeast, to perhaps one day finding a warmer climate elsewhere.. we'll see...
