My thought for the day. What I eat in private, I wear in public.
Last night was taco Tuesday. When my wife asked how many I wanted I said 4 but then I changed my mind and had 2 and I sliced up some zucchini instead. The pain of making a bad food choice and ruining a weeks worth of progress is just too much.
If you messed up yesterday, so be it.
Today is a new day.
Keep your eye on the goal.

I've done that with tacos - I want 3 but usually will settle for 2. A couple times I've ordered just one and it was satisfying. I understand what you say about messing up a weeks worth of progress with a bad day of eating!
