Made a beef kurma and cauliflower fried rice for dinner. 520 cals. Never made a cauliflower fried rice before.
I'm surprised it was soo good, almost taste like the normal rice. No weird or funny taste. Don't know why I haven't tried it before, glad I did now.
Supposed to eat them with my sad attempt at chef s.k17's roasted romas, but they were soo good I couldn't stop eating them until they were gone.
@s.k please give your honest opinion about the roasted romas. Too thin, too crispy etc.😋

Thanks for the kind words BB🌻😊. You won't regreat it. It's a great alternative to rice. Haven't had fried rice or any rice in a long long time. Feels wonderfully and satiated.

Aphoebe, if you love tomatoes like me, I'm sure you will love this. Same here, been snacking on raw tomatoes and cucumbers in between meals every now and then. Used to be carrots in there too.🌻😊

Otb, I don't think mine is anything special either. I made this fried cauliflower rice with only 5 ingredients : 1 egg, a sambal/chilli+onion paste, seasoning, 1 tbsp oil and salt and pepper. 150g cauliflower. Sauté the sambal, put in the cauliflower, stir for a few minutes, put egg, salt and pepper and seasoning to taste. Give a final stir until everything is nice and crumbly, no clumps. That's it.😁

Devans I learned this from s.k17. You can find the details in his journal. Basically it's tomato drizzled with some oil(evoo), grated garlic, chopped parsley finally salt and pepper. Roast at low heat for 2-3 hours. Enjoy😋
