I haven't been around much and my diaries are sketchy at best. I brought home a souvenir from the hospital, strep throat. The antibiotic I have to take is throwing me for a loop intestinally. I have allergies to meds so it's clindamycin. My youngest is now sick too thought we aren't sure if it's strep or the influenza from last week. Yay!
So anyhoo I am in and out. I will get back on track with challenges and whatnot next week. The plus sides seems my body is just humming along burning fat without me lol.

AWWW, glad you went to the doc though. Hope it does not go through all your kids. Sick kids plus a sick mama is not fun at all. Your body is burning lots of fuel to get you healthy again, plus it probably hurts to eat much.

If being a supportive, caring person could "ward off" sickness...you and most of the FS Community would NEVER be sick...but alas, life does not work that way. :( Trust ALL of you will be 100% very soon.

As soon as you feel like eating, I have found lots of dark greens, and lean meat go together and are healing, garlic and onions ,also honey and fruits are good for restoring our health
