It is on America's Test Kitchen YouTube page! Super quick and easy to make because the recipe calls for canned chick peas and frozen spinach. They explain the benefit to using frozen spinach over fresh... so good!

Writingwyo, that is my new obsession! I am making it again this week!! I RAN to the store to buy sherry vinegar... For my first try (pictured), I used red wine vinegar. It was fabulous the day of, and tasted even better the next 2 days. I ate the last of it yesterday and am now jonesing for more. I'll try to follow up with results of sherry vinegar vs red wine...
