Went, for the first time since Covid, to one of those restaurant kiosks in the mall where the chairs are affixed right to the table. I hate those things! because for the last couple of decades I have been squashed between the chair and the table; very uncomfortable and feeling self conscious and disgusted with my fat, ugly, gross body.
But nothing else was open, so … stuck.
Imagine my surprise and pleasure when I found that I now have easily 4-5 inches between the table and my gut! My weight loss hasn’t been going well lately, but I guess my maintenance is doing okay.
Small victories. Better than nothing.
