Woot! Woot! on the cleaning! Feels so good afterwards doesn't it? We are "warming" up here .. finally! There may be some snow here too but at least it will be less than -10 C! Going in the right direction. Have a wonderful day! 

I am at goal weight and below and am feeling so good now that i am there

Actually the sun is out, about 40 so the snow is melting, might not shovel. I'm freezing and can't seem to get warm. Should be busy, but wrapped in a blanket watching chopped, waiting for it to get toasty in my house, jacked the thermostat up higher than normal.  

frog48, congrats!!! goal weight is a good feeling. I still have fitness goals.  

I had planned to clean house but I too am cold today and am all bundled up. Generally, when I'm this cold, it means that I haven't gotten enough sleep. I need to shovel snow, but am going to wait for the sleet and (later) freezing rain to stop so that - just maybe - I can avoid having the walks ice over. It's so hard to get moving when I'm cold, which is a bit ironic, since I'd be less cold if I were moving. 

awww, sw21204. I can relate. MY cold isn't sleep. My doc says it's Renaud's syndrome taking over more of my body than just my hands and feet. I just have to bundle up, turn up the heat to close to 80, and deal with it, not one thing anyone can do about it. I have a friend at work with the same issue, and I inherited it from my Mom. A mom to daughter thing. I'm finally mostly warm so have gotten a few things done. YAY!! I feel like my house is mostly livable again. Not much else done though. Not going out in the cold though, letting my dog in and out is more than enough!!! Smiles.. it's back to the blankets each time, I have to go into the cold garage, that's where the door is to the back yard. She likes playing in the snow, then gets cold as she is a short haired dog, so in and out all day!

I will not even come close to researching my goal today. I do feel good that I've accomplished some things today. I've succumbed to being happy with getting things accomplished and heeding my body's limitations. Cold is something I have trouble dealing with and pushing through it. Just have to deal with it, do what I can and go with it. I've accepted some of those limitations even though I want to do more.  

I hate cleaning up after rodents invade - everything seems so disgusting. But now that you have that past you I'm sure you'll feel much better. Please be careful on the way to work tomorrow.  

Definitely feel better, though I do still need to set some new traps. Found signs of mice behind my couch, grrr and under my stove. Yuck!! At least it's not coons in my house!!!! I can deal with mice they be little and not vicious. I'm hearing stories of coons crashing through ceilings..... I feel lucky, and no more in my attic, not even prints in the snow outside my house, Yay!! So lucky in so many ways.

So happy the coons are gone. The attic sanitized do my house no longer reeks of them. They are no longer waking me up.... Me dancing !! Life is good!!! The guys will be back when it warms up a bit to finish the siding to prevent further coon invasion and also put a new energy efficient front door in that fits!!! the one that's there is a fanny mae replacement that does not really fit. My house was a foreclosure. I have a new one sitting in my garage waiting. Wooping!! no matter what better than a month ago!!!!
