Thought for the day:

Consistency is key… just change the way you see food and make it a lifestyle and don’t be obsessed with a scale…those things are so depressing. That is what worked for me even though I am not there yet!🌻 🫡

awesome! how many kgs and how long did you count caloriee?

I have lost 42kgs to date and I don’t really calorie count I am more into intermittent fasting! I just eat till I’m full but 2 meals a day and I do not snack.

i see what you mean with scales are depressing, i weighed myself today and picked up 1.5kg even after week of exersicing and eating less so im depressed today.
