still here been behind these walls waiting for spring. 

I have a lot of buddies missing too. I am praying that they haven't fallen off the wagon. "Come Back Y'all!"~Ann 

I'm still here, Deb. Just been busy enjoying the great "winter" weather we've been having. Sun, 50s and 60s, trees and flowers budding. Starting tonight, despite days still in the 50s, it's going to get down to 29º tonight, and 30s or upper 20s the rest of the week. Spring is on it's way, though, and i am MORE than ready!  

I am here for the long term. I really miss my buddies who have dropped off. Praying they are doing well. 

Thanks, everyone! I'm so proud of myself. I just made an online order for some spices, herbs and vegetarian bouillon and did not sneak any chips or crackers into my order. lol 

Deb congrats on your success, I will be here a long time/ lots of work to do/ sometimes I think people just get to busy/ I input all my stuff on smart phone 70% of the time/ Fatsecret saves me from paying for a diet program! !!/ I think if someone were on all the social media today it could be a part time job! 

Hi Deb, I am still here though not as active as I would like to be. My thyroid is out of balance, so I am working on this. Have put on a few pounds though not too much...yet it is not going in the direction it should. I'm not giving up. Thanks again for your concern.
