Hooray for green poop! Just don't take too much and get sick!!!! 

Flashback to baby poops......shudders. But Yay for you lol!  

lol why is baby poop green so often? I've only been taking one pill a day,I'm not sure how many mg it is.  

IC, do eat lots of iron rich foods, it's probably absorbed by your body better than the pills. I used to get anemic (inherited issue, mom and one daughter the same) even eating a diet with frequent red meat. I take my multivitamin with iron as a precaution. If it's bothering your stomach at all take it before bed, if I take them during the day they bother my stomach. I think when I'm asleep I just don't notice it, plus I've had more food instead of taking them on an empty stomach.  

I looked at that bembu website, and the list of iron rich foods looked like what I eat everyday minus the fruit. So far they aren't bothering me, I hope it stays that way.  

Hope the iron pills work well for you. I was thinking today prenatal vitamins also usually have lots of iron 

I take prenatals with fiber (Target brand)...totally not pregnant but I feel lousy without them....my nails, hair, skin look amazing :)
