Wow, if someone would have told me I could lose 20 lbs in LESS than a month I would have laughed at them. I chose a balanced, slow, weight lose, and I am on an 1800 calorie a day goal. I’m floored!!! I have done 1200 calorie diets and my body didn’t respond like this. I now how to count macros and because I am 50 yrs old I decided I would try a trick. The difference is ever other day I will eat more carbs and then the next I eat more protein and leas sugar. I still stay within my calorie goal and wow….. my life is changing! I am up at 5am DAILY and I am doing my yoga. That’s my time! No one bothers me, talks to me, it’s just me having time with myself and giving back to myself. I raised 6 kidos and everything was for everyone else. Now it’s my turn and it feels AMAZING!! My apologies for the long message. I just had to get that out of me. I am feeling strong, confident, and for the first time in a very long time…. Beautiful 🥰 If you took the time to read this, do yourself a favor and lover yourself enough each day to get that time in.
