HCB, thank you! That is actually my goal. I am interested in strength and muscle tone. Literally, this past year, after 7 years, I was able to devote time and energy to myself like never before. And so here I am. I so appreciate the support. Thank you HCB, and all I have not mentioned directly. I feel the love and I've been trying to give back in my way...

You look strong not only physically but your face shows strength also. You have put a great deal of time and effort into your goal and boy, have you succeeded. There are so many of us that talk about losing weight for our health plus our looks but only play with that desire and the work to be done to achieve it. You have put in the discipline necessary and are an inspiration to me in particular. Yes, you have given back the love. Just reading through my laborious journal was giving back to me. My last 2 journals were written for my angry daughter's benefit since I learned she reads my FatSecret journals and there were facts I wanted her to know. She won't listen to me and I'm not any good at confronting her. She is rude and talking about taking "action" against me. My husband threatens to shoot me, throws me around, and locked me out and she says I am "playing the victim". Thanks for the support in reading my inane journal.
