No weigh-in today. We had to get up early and drop my van off to be looked at, then kid drop off, followed by my doctor's appointment. Per the Doc weigh in, I've lost 11 lbs since they saw me last, bringing my total weightloss to 31lbs in their records. ^_^ The blood work that I did last week wasn't horrible, but not great. A1c was 6.3, so I'm pre-diabetic, and he wants me to redo the blood work in 3 months, so November. My liver enzyme was slightly elevated, but he wasn't concerned about that and attributed it to the weightloss and exercise I've been putting in.

Diet wise, he said I was fine with what I was doing for now, so I'm just going to keep on moving forward with that. I'm all good til next month. Next doc visit/weigh in will be 9/26. I fully expect to be under 400 on their scales by then. Hopefully I'll be below that in the next week or 2.

I also will leave for a family vacation the day after the next weighin, and spend a week in another state visiting my husbands family and attending a large family reunion on my side. We'll also be taking the kids to the aquarium while we're there. They're both super excited for the trip.
