Yesterday I went to a party for my cousin's quinceañera. It was an OK party but the food was served at 10 pm so there goes my eating schedule. The food was tasty though and it was a small portion, there was chicken with veggies and beef with veggies. There was also a salad and potatoes with cream cheese. I only had a small piece of the potato. Then they came with the dessert and I figured since I didn't have cake I could have dessert 🙈 it was a tiny thing like a tablespoon of a gelatinous chocolate thingy with caramel sauce decorating the plate. I'm guessing 200 calories tops. I didn't drink any alcohol or soda and stuck to water, lots of it.

All in all it was good. I got to see the side of my family I don't interact with and they were stunned by how my daughter has grown and how beautiful she is. I wanted to leave her photo here but FS would give me an error every single time...

I have another birthday party today and again, no cake for me :) there will be a lot of parties where I'll be able to have cake.
