Thanks Pamby for starting the chatter for the week. How is everyone doing this week? Today is b-day for me and my friends took me out for lunch "Claim Jumper" more like "Portion Doubler" I did good though and ordered a small chicken salad with the dressing on the side and dipped my fork in the bbq dressing that came with the salad and had a water with lemon. Then when I got back from lunch my office had a Chocolate cake waiting YIKES... I did treat myself to a very small sample. I really noticed the sugar in the cake boy... I am trying to wash it down with some cran water as I type. Tonight I am having dinner at home with my family FF Friendly and they are going to make the Raspberry Cookies that I found on ivillage website made with Whey Protein... Yippee! I did weigh in this morning out of curiosity and was down a pound... I will officially weigh in on Friday for the site!
