Good Mon. Morning, FS Friends,
It has now been 56 days (8 wks)since my Sleeve surgery.
My weight loss since then is 47.8 lbs and last 2 weeks 5.8
(not complaining at all, but is starting to slow some)
Thanks to God for HIS love, grace, and care.
Thanks to my wife & 2 adult children for their support
Thanks to ALL FS community, esp. my Buddies for encouragement
I sincerely hope ALL of you have many affirming people and healthy
choices in your life in the coming week :)

You are doing GREAT! That is a lot of weight to lose in just 8 weeks. I carried a case of bottled water that weighed over 25 pounds a short distance, from the car to my kitchen. And to think I used to carry twice that much weight around with me all the time. I'm sure you can totally notice the difference also.

Yes, I can...while my walking and(gentle mini-trampoline use)bother my lower back some, I can already tell that my back is some better than it was, esp. 2-3 months pre-surgery. Thanks for the comment and I hope you have a GREAT week !!!!

No matter what plan we are on, there seems to come a time when the rate slows down. Have patience my friend. BTW - Got any snow yet?

Great work. A good inspiration for me. Just need to buy some scales to check if I have had any success.

thanks everyone...Yes, BB, got a little snow but of far more concern, got sleet and roads now got ice...but wife and I are home safely and school is cancelled for tomorrow...lol..so she gets to try to "catch up" on mountain of paperwork. Y'all take care and stay warm!!!!!

Hay! you had bariatric surgery? I am trying to qualify for that surgery. How did it work out for you?

My niece did the sleeve and ended up doing fabulous! Hang in there.
