I have been feeling so hungry the past two days! I suppose it makes sense, eating less and exercising more. I have been doing a pretty good job not indulging in large amounts of snack foods, but this is different from cravings. Yesterday, I felt like I could not eat enough. I managed to do okay, not great, on food, and I burned through a lot of calories. Perhaps it was because I had a burger for lunch--tasty, but not the healthiest choice and it punched a big hole in my food plan.
Today, I am eating just fine (although we are having heart-shaped pizza for dinner!), but I still feel low energy. I have not let this stop me from getting things done around the house and going to the gym. I feel like I just need to keep pushing through this. I am off to put together a nice spinach salad to balance our dinner.
