Hi Ocean Girl! I never scroll to look at postings, but yours came up in my feed first. I was wondering if you have checked your macros (ratio of fat/protein/carbs)? That’s what did it for me and then the weight fell off. My fat was too low.

I started eating all my high calorie stuff in the morning. I eat a lot of carbs. that's what did it for me. trial and error. I can't do keto. my body hates it. I end up gaining.

Different things work for different people. I eat a lot late at night, that's my main meal. Also eat lots of carbs. As long as I stay within my daily allowance, the weight comes off.

Bear and Cheryl make good points. Logging makes a huge difference. It keeps you accountable and you'll be surprised at how much you think you eat versus how much you really eat. Prepping healthy snacks was a game changer for me as well. And don't be afraid of fat. Try to eat healthy fats and balance out other foods and you'll lose. Exercise is also crucial. Move as much as you can. Good luck and I'll be looking for those posts of weight going down! 👍
