Time-Warp Tuesday ⏳

Much of my life I've been 'fat & sassy' (another fave saying of my Gramma! 😄)

I'm thankful that God blessed me with many happy moments & memories and now with better health than I've had in a very long time. 🙏

I'm sharing this to inspire anyone that may feel they will 'ALWAYS' have a weight problem. No...it doesn't have to be that way. You CAN learn new ways of eating, practice good nutrition & fitness habits, measure your food intake...using all the tips & info that is available these days to turn things around for your body & wellness.

I encourage you today...DON'T GIVE UP!! Keep tweaking your diet, exercise, sleep, hydration & self-care habits. If something's not working for you....TRY A DIFFERENT APPROACH. The main thing is to burn more calories than you take in. PERIOD! It's called a Calorie Deficit and there's many ways to achieve it.
